Imagine Learning is pleased to announce we are among the winners of the  eighth annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards, a list of the Best Places to Work in 2016. Our placement is 11 out of 50 companies in the SMB category. Unlike most other awards, there was no self-nomination process. Instead, this award came exclusively from the feedback our employees have voluntarily and anonymously shared on Glassdoor.

To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year. This year, we are proud to be recognized among an elite group of companies with fewer than 1,000 employees.

A huge thank you goes out to all our employees who took the time to share their perspectives on what it’s like to work here. We appreciate all the valuable feedback, as it only helps us to get better.

Employee Feedback

Below are just a few words employees shared on Glassdoor--thoughts that moved us toward the award and that made us feel incredibly honored to be recognized:

“When I first walked through the doors to interview, the energy and sense of purpose were palpable.”

“The company hires good people—not just good workers or good employees. The leadership is solid; the president, Joe, has a lot of integrity. The product is great so you can be passionate about what you do.”

“The management team is interested in my personal goals and career advancement and experience.”

“We have a good mission; there’s a sense of purpose and accomplishment that comes from helping kids succeed.”

“Best company culture I’ve ever worked in.”

“A purpose-driven mission to teach English to the children of the world.”

Thanks again to Glassdoor and to all our Imagine Learning family. We couldn’t have accomplished this without you. You are wonderful!
