Printable activity for Black History Month

February is Black History Month—a time to celebrate the great accomplishments of black inventors, musicians, writers, and athletes as well as public activists who dedicated their lives to ensuring that freedom be made available to all, regardless of race, gender, religion, or nationality.

At Imagine Learning, we recognize the significance of the events that unfolded to transform the United States into a country that values equal opportunity, of which education is a central component.

To help you and your students celebrate Black History Month, we’ve created a free printable classroom activity worksheet. Click the “Read more” link to view the activity.

This printable activity is a great activity to get students involved. They can even use this to work together to get the answers.

This is so great! It’s hard to find good activities for February, and this one is quick and even supports what the class is already doing for reading.
