Did you know that teachers work 99% as many hours as the average full-time employee—but in 25% less time? And that 46% of teachers work over 20 hours per week outside of the classroom, doing unpaid tasks like grading papers and running extracurricular activities?

Obviously teaching is a very heroic job. And one that sometimes goes unrecognized. So as Teacher Appreciation Week is winding down, we’d like to honor all the heroes (and sheroes) in classrooms all around the world and say something they all deserve to hear this week—and every week: THANKS.
