Special Education Teachers of Record provide consistent, standards-aligned instruction for students with IEPs in both inclusive and self-contained settings.

Pull-out resource support

Exceptional Education Resource Specialists deliver targeted online instruction that helps SPED and English learners build confidence and achieve growth. 

  • Provide individualized or small-group instruction aligned to IEP and EL goals
  • Offer up to 120 minutes per week of targeted intervention outside core classes 
  • Strengthen academic skills, learning strategies, and executive functioning

Program coordination

Exceptional Education Coordinators ensure schools implement accommodations and modifications with fidelity, keeping every plan on track. 

  • Communicate IEP, 504, and EL plan modifications to instructional teams

Small group intervention 

Intervention Specialists deliver high-quality small-group instruction across math, ELA, science, social studies, English language development, and test prep.
