Game-based learning in Imagine Language & Literacy ensures that students stay engaged and have fun while they learn. In fact, students don’t even realize they are being assessed because the content is so captivating, which means students do their best and teachers get better data.
Students also build confidence and independent thinking skills through self-monitoring. After students collect performance-based virtual tokens, they can use them for rewards within the program. And they get to do all this while strengthening critical language and literacy skills.
We help educators support and challenge the fastest-growing student population, no matter where they are in their language acquisition journey. Designed with an assets-based approach to language and literacy instruction, Imagine Language & Literacy provides unparalleled first-language support, a focus on oral and academic language, and comprehensive assessments to address the unique needs of English learners.
Need a report on an individual student? Want to view long-term progress by class? The information you need is only a click away in the Imagine Learning Portal, where educators go for critical data.
The Action Areas Tool pinpoints areas of struggle for individual students or the entire class, giving teachers the flexibility they need to plan interventions on their own timetable. This tool gives educators recommended activities that will address each student’s needs.
Teachers can assign activities based on students needs and interests using Activity Explorer. Whether a student needs enrichment or intervention, Activity Explorer makes it easy for educators to meet the needs of every student.
Once inside the Imagine Learning Portal, teachers can listen to student’s recordings or view written responses to various activities, allowing educators to hear and see progress for each individual student. Teachers can also award Booster Bits to students based on the quality of their work to give positive feedback and support.
